In order to continually improve the organization’s performance and to monitor the effectiveness of the organization’s MANAGEMENT SYSTEM, key performance indicators has to be identified both, at organizational level and at functional / departmental levels.

However, Key Performance indicators / Objectives must include following factors, like: - Increase in sales, Increase in customer satisfaction index, on time delivery, Reduction in customer complaints, in order to provide close monitoring of all important aspects of the organization.

Time bound, and measurable, targets are fixed by the Top management in consultation with the functional heads, and performance / achievement is reviewed and analysed during the periodic MANAGEMENT REVIEW MEETINGS. Objectives, Targets and Time frame are revised as per requirement. Proper record of the same is maintained in form F / MR / 03.
